411 Locals will provide you with 10 less common keywords that begin to appear within the first thirty days and after ninety days once our optimization efforts have been recognized across the internet you will be provided with 5 of the more common keywords for your industry.

Will you stay in contact with me?

Yes. We take pride in your business and during the first thirty days we will keep you informed during all phases of your online presence package reaching completion. We will also perform routine courtesy calls to ensure your satisfaction. Once we see you are happy we will leave our communication channels open to you as we understand you will be staying busy once your business enters the internet.

Our customer service department is available Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST). We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. We are also closed on major holidays.

A representative will take your call and begin the process of researching your area and industry, and if there is opportunity we will get you placed on the first page for key terms specific to your industry and in your area. You will receive additional marketing assistance based on the service you opt for which may include a professional website, mobile site, Google Maps optimization, YouTube marketing video, Social Site presence, and additional services generally sold as part of our low-priced package.

I am receiving calls / emails / voicemails asking me to activate my listing, is this something I need to do?

Yes, this verification is required and is a simple 2 minute process that allows you to verify ownership of your business.

Can I list my company in another city even though my company is not physically located in that city?

Our limit is two customers per industry, per city and you will have to check availability. Please call and speak to one of our sales representatives for current availability in other cities. Furthermore, you must provide an address for each additional city you are interested in.

Can we be bumped out?

While there is some variance and your placement will not always remain the same, we would never intentionally bump you out to place another customer in your space. In addition, it’s our top priority to keep your account at the highest placement possible so that we may continue to earn you business. We only allow two businesses per industry, per city to work with us.
